Information we collect
We collect the name, email and password you provide when registering; passwords are stored as hashes. Order requests collect your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, item selections and customisation notes. Your account stores profile details and any delivery addresses you choose to save. Contact enquiries include your name, email, subject and message. Newsletter signup stores your email address. Reviews include your name, rating, comment and date. The web server may record IP addresses and requested pages.
How we use information
We use this information to manage accounts, respond to enquiries, review order requests, display order history, save addresses and newsletter preferences, publish reviews, and protect the storefront. Review names and comments are visible to other visitors. Newsletter signup records your interest in receiving updates; it does not send an email automatically.
Cookies and browser storage
A session cookie supports sign-in and request security. Browser storage saves your shopping bag and wishlist between visits. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or remove saved items. The storefront does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Services and sharing
Google Fonts and the embedded Google Map load from Google servers and may send browser request information to Google. Social-media links open services with their own privacy policies. Account and order information is stored on the website server. Our email provider, Hostinger, processes recipient addresses and message contents to deliver verification emails, order notifications and enquiry responses. If you open a WhatsApp order link, the contact details, delivery address, items and customisation notes in that link are shared with WhatsApp. You review the message and tap Send to share it with our team.
Payment information
Online card payment is not available through this checkout. The website does not collect card numbers or card security codes. Please do not include payment-card information in reviews, contact messages or WhatsApp enquiries. Submitting an order request does not collect payment.
Retention and security
Account, enquiry, subscription, review and order-request records are stored on the website server until removed by the site operator. Contact customer care to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Verification codes are stored as hashes, expire after 10 minutes, and are removed after successful use or cancellation. Expired verification and rate-limit records are cleared during subsequent authentication requests. Password hashing, session controls and restricted access help protect your information. No system can guarantee complete security.
Your information and updates
For questions or requests concerning your information, use Contact Us. Clearing browser storage removes saved bags and wishlists from that browser, but does not delete your account or server records. We update this policy when our services or data practices change.
