No change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, including a size, colour or style selected incorrectly by the customer. Please check your selection and measurements before confirming your order.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If an item is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order reference and details of the issue. We will arrange the appropriate remedy under applicable UAE consumer law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including repair, replacement or refund where required.
Refunds
Refunds are available where required by applicable law or where an agreed order cannot be fulfilled. Any refund due will be arranged with you using the original payment method where possible. An unpaid order request has no payment to refund.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change a request. We will advise whether it can be changed or cancelled based on its preparation and dispatch status, without limiting applicable consumer rights.
